Jeffrey has more than 15 years of experience in the investment industry, assisting clients in managing individual stock and bond portfolios.  He is responsible for risk analysis and portfolio management, including custom-designed portfolios of individual securities, mutual funds or institutional portfolio managers.  In addition to portfolio work, Jeffrey provides consulting for institutional clients’ defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.

Jeffrey serves as southern Missouri’s senior portfolio manager for BKD Wealth Advisors.  As a member of BKD Wealth Advisors Investment Committee, he is responsible for analysis, selection and monitoring of domestic large capitalization stocks, international equities and individual corporate, government and municipal bonds.

He is an experienced financial analyst and has served as a vice president for a trust company.  Jeffrey is a member of the adjunct faculty of Missouri State University where he teaches upper-level finance courses.  He is currently pursuing Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst® professional designation.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with a B.S. degree in finance, and in 1998 earned an M.B.A. degree in finance.
